Jalapeno Burrito

Ingredients

Sauce #1 – 1 10oz can of rotel blended

Sauce #2 – 1 10oz can cream of mushroom

1 lb ground beef

5 garlic cloves minced

10 jalapeños finely diced

2 potatoes

shredded cheddar cheese

tortillas

Directions

  1. Start with peeling and cubing the potatoes then place in pan of water and cook/boil until done about 20 min. After cooked strain potatoes then put them into a dish add 1tbs butter and mix them to a consistancy between mashed and not (a chunky mash) .
  2.  For sauce #2 add 1 can of cream of mushroom and half of the (5) finely diced jalapeños to a sauce pan. Cook on simmer until all other parts of recipe are finished.
  3. Sauce #1 add the can of rotel to a blender or ninja and blend until it turns in to a sauce. Set aside until you prepare the final plate.
  4. Cook 1 lb of ground beef with minced garlic and the rest of the diced jalapeños in a frying pan.
  5. Warm up your burrito’s in oven/microwave.
  6. Place burrito in plate, add cheese, beef, potatoes, cream of mushroom sauce then the rotel sauce.
  7. Roll your burrito’s place on dinner plate and add more cream of mushroom sauce then rotel sauce.
