Jalapeno Burrito
Ingredients
Sauce #1 – 1 10oz can of rotel blended
Sauce #2 – 1 10oz can cream of mushroom
1 lb ground beef
5 garlic cloves minced
10 jalapeños finely diced
2 potatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
tortillas
Directions
- Start with peeling and cubing the potatoes then place in pan of water and cook/boil until done about 20 min. After cooked strain potatoes then put them into a dish add 1tbs butter and mix them to a consistancy between mashed and not (a chunky mash) .
- For sauce #2 add 1 can of cream of mushroom and half of the (5) finely diced jalapeños to a sauce pan. Cook on simmer until all other parts of recipe are finished.
- Sauce #1 add the can of rotel to a blender or ninja and blend until it turns in to a sauce. Set aside until you prepare the final plate.
- Cook 1 lb of ground beef with minced garlic and the rest of the diced jalapeños in a frying pan.
- Warm up your burrito’s in oven/microwave.
- Place burrito in plate, add cheese, beef, potatoes, cream of mushroom sauce then the rotel sauce.
- Roll your burrito’s place on dinner plate and add more cream of mushroom sauce then rotel sauce.
