No Bake Cookies with Hempseed
Ingredients
1¾ cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup milk
8 tablespoons butter, cut into large pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 3/4 cups quick cooking oats
1/4 cup hempseed
Instructions
1. Add sugar and cocoa powder to a medium saucepan. Whisk thoroughly. Add your milk and butter then cook over medium-high heat bringing to a rolling boil, boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, peanut butter, oats and hempseed. Drop cookies with a normal spoon onto parchment paper. If you can help yourself from eating the warm cookies allow them to firm for 10-15 min.
2. Eat them. You can also refrigerate your cookies, they are pretty good cold too!
